Surrounded by nature but not far from the local Clarkston community, this location let's us work inside and outside, giving our clients the best of both worlds.  Along with access to just about every type of training piece available, the room also allows for many floor exercises and can even accommodate yoga classes when the demand is high enough.  


Here is a partial list of the equipment available at our Cedar Crest location: 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, one recumbent bike, 1200 lbs Olympic weights, two leg press machines (one plate loaded, selectorized), multiple pull up bars and an assisted pull up and dip machine, pulldown machine with 300 lbs, cable crossover machine with multiple weight stacks, a Vectra multi station gym, kettlebells to 30 lbs, medicine balls (soft weight and old school filled) to 15 lbs, dumbbells from 2.5-50 lbs, multiple whole body vibration machines, back inversion table, multiple back extension and core training benches, BOSU's, 360 trainers, heavy bag, jump ropes up to 4 lb heavy ropes, and much more.


Regardless of your fitness level or training goals, we can help you achieve them with the variety of tools and techniques our decades of experience have taught us.  

We have been partnered with Cedar Crest Academy for the last 6 years.  Our Cedar Crest Training Studio is a 2000 square foot open space that allows us to teach our Houston Fitness Elective for the students at Cedar Crest Academy, while also allowing us to work with the staff and the families of the students.  Our fitness elective has been very well received by the school, the students, and the families, and is the basis for our "COPS Fitness" program that we hope to make available to schools around the state in 2015.


This studio can comfortable accommodate multiple trainers and up to 20 clients, and allows for any type of training style from High Intensity Interval training to Boot Camp style to focused one on one training, small group and partner training, Olympic style lifting, bodybuilding, sport specific training and post therapy/rehabilitation training.
