Houston Fitness Consultants are pleased to introduce our second location, The Wellness Center at Cedar Crest Academy. Cedar Crest Academy is a well established private school serving the Clarkston community, and with this new location, we are developing health, exercise and weight management programs for the students (K-8th grade), teachers and families. We hope to create a youth fitness education program that will be of benefit to schools everywhere.
The newest addition to the Houston Fitness program is a free standing 1000 square foot studio and wellness center. Offering state of the art training accommodations for up to 4 trainers at once, it will continue the research-based “Chile Pepper Approach to Exercise” introduced at our Highland/Milford location. This unique approach to fitness and health has been featured in numerous publications including the Oakland Press, Clarkston News, Milford Times, Spinal Column, Beyond Change magazine, and also the books “The Power of Champions” and “Breaking down the Barriers” (due out December 2006).
We continue our theme of providing the highest quality training and education in a spa-type environment that provides a semi-private, professional environment. Our equipment is all new and provides all of the exercise variety needed to enhance any training program. We feature training techniques that have helped our clients reach their fitness goals over the last 15 years, and we are continually enhancing our programs to address progress in exercise science, including our Whole Body Training. Our locations both meet the HIPAA privacy requirements.
Our trainers are all excited about the opportunity to work with a new community, and to help Houston Fitness continue the highest level of professional fitness instruction and education. All of our feature services are available at the new location, including BodyGem metabolic testing, nutritional consulting and meal planning, clinical exercise, partners training, seminars, even our exclusive Business Partners Program.
