These workout routines are doctor endorsed, and represent the safest, most effective exercises, sequenced in the most effective way possible, to make your workout efficient, challenging, rewarding, and cost effective. No exercises will be used that are unproductive or high risk, and specific positioning will allow for maximum muscle recruitment and safety.
Recommendations will be offered regarding equipment needs and requirements. We will design the workouts around equipment you already have access to (we do not recommend unnecessary exercise equipment).
The sessions are between 30 minutes and 60 minutes, and offer high stimulation of the central nervous system and maximal muscular effort, safely, while working within your individual recovery needs and abilities. No long, marathon workout sessions, using every piece of equipment in the gym, no gadgets offering unbelievable results, and no massive investments in supplements and bodybuilding products.
