We have recently received inquiries about the adductor/abductor machines, and why we do not have them in the main workout area. There are a couple reasons why, hopefully this will help.
I am always looking for good exercises for the glutes and thighs, and I see “Walking Lunges” in all the magazines. Is this a good exercise for these areas?
What is the best workout? Cardio? Weights? Sports? Yoga? Pilates? Exercise Ball? If I have to choose just one form of exercise, what is considered the one best type?
What am I doing wrong? I am working with a trainer, I am getting my cardio in (when I can), and I am eating what the trainer recommended. I am working out more than an hour a day, but I feel like I am not making any progress. Is it my trainer? Or is it me? I feel like I am starving myself all the time!
