The Chile Pepper Approach to Exercise and Wellness!
With 19 years of experience working in the industry and helping to co-author two books, desing numerous gyms (along with our own two studios), and training thousands of clients, we have amassed a substantial research library, and the one thing we have discovered is there is really nothing new in the world of fitness.

Sure, there are new diets, new types of equipment, new celebrity fitness personalities, so called "super exercises"...but the truth is that these ideas have been around for years, and a lot of them are not worth the money.  In all fairness to the suppliers, we like to see improved technology, old ideas modernized, and good solid research being reintroduced to a new generation of fitness followers.  We have found dozens of examples of this, and we want to share that information with our readers and our clients.  It is a pretty safe benefit we will not be promoting every miracle product or food when there is no science to back it up, and when a product is part of a complicated multi-level marketing scheme, we will let you know that as well.  When you spend YOUR hard earned money, we want YOU to feel it is worth it.

Each month, we will review at least trending fitness device and diet/weight loss book.  Our goal is to help you look at BOTH sides of a debate to make the best possible choice for yourself and your goals.  We have been applying this approach (another part of our Chile Pepper Approach!) to our studio clients for nearly two decades
, and it is the reason for our new program "CounterPoint Fitness".    We want you to look at the good, the bad, and the potentially ugly truths about the programs and their realities.

We will be making a point of explaining our reviews, and if the product offers substantial benefit, we will try to help you find the product at the best possible price, in some cases, we may agree to afiliate programs to help with that.
